What this policy covers

This policy explains what happens to information you send through this website. It applies to the enquiry form, to any email or messenger contact made through the addresses published here, and to the technical records our server keeps when you load a page.

What we collect

When you complete the enquiry form we receive the name, contact details and message you choose to enter. We do not ask for passport scans, wallet credentials, private keys, seed phrases or exchange logins through this website, and you should not send them. If a document is needed later it will be requested through a channel appropriate to it, never through a web form.

Our server logs the usual technical record of a visit: IP address, browser identification, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs exist to keep the site running and to detect abuse.

Why we hold it and for how long

Enquiry details are used to answer your enquiry and nothing else. They are not sold, rented or passed to advertisers. Where a matter proceeds, records are kept for as long as the relationship requires and for the period any applicable professional or accounting rules demand; where it does not proceed, enquiry records are removed once they no longer serve a purpose. Server logs are retained on a short rolling basis.

Who else sees it

Enquiries reach the people handling them and the systems used to route and store them: our mail provider, our customer record system and the hosting provider whose servers this site runs on. Each processes the data on our instructions. Information may be disclosed where a law or a court order requires it.

Anti-spam and form protection

Submissions pass through a filter that scores them for automated abuse. This examines the content of the submission and technical signals around it. A submission the filter rejects may not reach us at all. If you believe a genuine enquiry has been blocked, send it again using different wording.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or profiling cookies. Where a cookie or equivalent browser storage is used it serves the working of the page itself.

Your rights

You may ask what information about you we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You may also withdraw consent to further contact at any time. Requests are handled through the contact details published on this site. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Security and its limits

The site is served over TLS and access to enquiry records is restricted to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and an email or messenger message is inherently less protected than a channel agreed for the purpose. Treat anything sensitive accordingly.

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
